Balaji P serves as the Managing Director of Aptus Value Housing
Finance India Ltd. He joined Aptus in August 2010 as the Chief
Financial Officer (CFO) and has played a significant role in driving the
company’s growth and financial success.
Before his tenure at Aptus, Balaji gained extensive experience
across multiple industries, having held key positions at esteemed
organizations such as Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company
Limited, Hutchison Max Telecom Limited, Cholamandalam MS
General Insurance Company Limited, and SKS Microfinance Limited.
His career has spanned diverse range of sectors, including textiles,
telecom, and finance, where he has demonstrated leadership and
financial acumen.
Balaji holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras and is a member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. With over two decades of rich experience, he continues
to contribute to Aptus’ vision of providing housing finance solutions to underserved markets.
