University of Southampton Delhi selects Gurgaon’s International Tech Park for the home of its modern campus in India
Set within 60 acres of land inside the Tech Park, the new campus will house best-in-class facilities to foster innovation, creative thinking and collaboration
Chennai, 11th December, 2024: University of Southampton Delhi has announced International Tech Park, Gurgaon, as the location of its state-of-the-art campus. Set to be completed by April 2025 with the first intake of students starting in August 2025, the new campus will bring world-class education, research and enterprise opportunities to India through the excellent facilities offered at International Tech Park.
The campus will offer several key benefits for students including a dedicated student hub, social and collaboration areas, a large library, private study spaces, IT labs and training suites. One other striking feature will be the dedicated research space that is aimed at promoting academic and student collaboration.

“The campus’s futuristic design will foster creativity and collaboration, with facilities that promote both academic excellence and student wellbeing. “This environment will empower students to not only receive world-class education but also gain the practical skills and industry connections needed to excel in their careers.”
The new campus will implement the University of Southampton’s prestigious triple helix model, which combines education, research, and industry collaboration. This exciting opportunity represents the first chance to study in India with a world top 100 UK Russell Group university.
Students will graduate with the same degree at University of Southampton Delhi as they will do when studying the same degree in the UK.
University of Southampton Delhi will start by offering undergraduate programmes in Computer Science, Business Management, Economics, Accounts and Finance, as well as postgraduate programmes in International Management and Finance. The University will expand its portfolio every year by adding new and emerging programmes. More details on student accommodation will be unveiled soon.
The International Tech Park provides students with access to fitness centres, food halls, table tennis zones, and sports facilities including basketball and tennis courts, with a cricket pitch under development. Nearby amenities include golf courses, football grounds, and equestrian centres, further enhancing the overall student experience.

Set within the 60 acres of International Tech Park, the new campus will be IGBC LEED Platinum pre-certified. The campus is being designed by internationally acclaimed architect Morphogenesis and will be in an exclusive new building that will be accessible to all.
