Prof. Bharat Bhasker , Director , Indian Institute of Management , Ahmedabad , was conferred the prestigious Degree of Doctor of Science ( Honoris Causal )

During this convocation , 15105 Degrees were awarded . Graduands who have successfully completed their Doctoral , Undergraduate , and Postgraduate Degree and Diploma Programmes under the Faculty of Engineering and Technology , Science and Humanities , Medicine and Health Sciences , Management , Law , and Agricultural Sciences were awarded with their degrees .

Shri Nitin Jairam Gadkari , Hon’ble Minister of Road Transport & Highways , Government of India , attended the event as Chief Guest , who delivered the Convocation Address

Dr. T. R. Paarivendhar , Founder & Chancellor of SRM Institute of Science and Technology presided over the Convocation.

The Annual Report of the Institution was presented by Prof. C. Muthamizhchelvan , Vice Chancellor , SRMIST.
