Tropolite Brings Its Bakery and Gourmet Food Solutions to India Bakery Expo 2026, Chennai

Chennai, September 2026: Tropolite is participating in India Bakery Expo 2026, being held from 18 to 20 September 2026 at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, Chennai. The company is present at Stalls 210 & 213, showcasing its range of food ingredients and solutions for bakery, culinary, frozen, and whipped cream applications.

Organised by the Tamil Nadu Bakers Federation, India, and now in its 7th edition, India Bakery Expo is a B2B trade fair dedicated to the bakery industry in South India. The three-day exhibition is expected to bring together over 200 exhibitors and more than 18,000 business visitors, including bakery owners, home bakers, entrepreneurs, distributors and equipment dealers. Alongside the exhibition, the event features a seminar and workshop on bakery technology and food safety, live baking demonstrations, and a Bakery Art Festival with cake decoration competitions. For Tropolite, it offers a direct line into how the region’s bakery and food businesses are evolving, across product development, consistency, and scaling up for commercial production.

Tropolite has traditionally been associated with bakery and whipping solutions and has, over time, expanded into culinary, beverages, and frozen desserts categories as well. At India Bakery Expo, Tropolite is showcasing this range with a focus on its bakery portfolio, including Premium Whip Toppings, Cake Premixes, Fondants and Aromas, alongside Cooking Base for culinary applications; each demonstrated in the context of real foodservice and manufacturing use cases.

Tropolite’s participation at the exhibition is part of its broader push to deepen its presence in Southern India’s bakery, foodservice and hospitality market, and to position the brand as a solutions partner rather than just an ingredient supplier. The company sees regional exhibitions like this as a direct channel to industry professionals who are shaping how food is prepared and served on the ground.

Puneet Davar, CEO & Managing Director, Tropolite, said, “India Bakery Expo allows us to meet bakery and food businesses from Southern India and hear directly about the requirements they are seeing in their day-to-day operations. The market includes a wide range of businesses, from bakeries, patisseries and cafés to hotels, restaurants and QSRs, each with different application and production needs. Our participation is an opportunity to understand these requirements better and share where our products may be relevant.”
Industry professionals attending India Bakery Expo 2026, including bakers, pastry chefs, bakery owners, food entrepreneurs, café owners, QSR representatives, and hotel and restaurant professionals, are invited to visit Tropolite at Stalls 210 & 213 to speak with the team and explore how its solutions can fit their specific operations.
