Chennai, December 2023: Park Hyatt Chennai in collaboration with Gallery Veda hosted a unique and stimulating culinary exploration where every bite and brushstroke is a work of art. This guided tour displayed unique works of art by Chennai based contemporary artists, organized by Gallery Veda across the hotel and was paired with a progressive dinner to savour distinct flavours along with wine and cocktail pairings.

This guided tour started at The Flying Elephant with an aperitif, appetizer and an introduction to the event. Next on the journey comes The Dining Room to immerse guests in their first two courses of South Indian delicacies, celebrating the region’s culinary treasures and art. At Mr. Ong, guests were transported to the heart of Singapore with authentic cuisine that’s steeped in tradition and flavor. For an international adventure, The Flying Elephant beckons with bold and eye-appealing global creations. All through the journey let the art adorning the spaces guide everyone’s senses unveiling inspiration at every turn. The evening was a masterpiece of taste and culture, waiting to be explored. Chef Balaji Natarajan and his talented team ensured guests had experienced the guided tour with lasting memories.
