Furthermore, CIEL HR continues to strengthen its technology, skills development, and infrastructure capabilities with a view to advancing the Vision 2030 growth plan.

Chennai, May 14, 2026 : CIEL HR , India’s leading HR solutions provider, today announced that it has registered a 32% growth in FY26, increasing its revenue to nearly ₹2,000 crore . It also announced a new growth plan, ” CIEL 3.0: Vision 2030 “, with the aim of creating an AI-based workforce platform for the future of work .

CIEL HR, which was launched with a vision to become a ₹1,000 crore HR company within 10 years through a technology-centric approach, has achieved this milestone in just 9 years, marking a significant achievement in the HR sector. Continuing this growth momentum, the company’s revenue has almost doubled to ₹1,984.6 crore in the next two years (FY26) . Following this remarkable growth, CIEL HR has now announced its next growth plan, “CIEL 3.0: Vision 2030 ” , with a target of reaching ₹6,000 crore in revenue by 2030 .

In the current era, as organizations move from separate HR services systems to integrated workforce ecosystems, CIEL HR has positioned its future growth towards an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven architecture, supported by its ‘ PeopleOS’ architecture , talent intelligence platforms, and connected workforce solutions ecosystem.

Key highlights of FY26

Commenting on this , Mr. K. Pandiarajan, Executive Chairman, CIEL HR Group, said, “The journey from Ma Foi to CIEL HR is not just a reflection of business growth; it also reflects the evolution of the Indian workforce landscape. When we started CIEL HR, we believed that technology and artificial intelligence would create a huge change in the way organizations select, manage and develop talent. Reaching the ₹1,000 crore milestone within a decade and nearly doubling our revenue to ₹2,000 crore in the next two years (34.5% CAGR in the last 3 years) is a testament to that belief. As we move towards the next phase of growth, our focus will be on further developing intelligent, integrated and future-ready HR solutions for the rapidly changing world of work.”

CIEL HR’s PeopleOS framework represents the company’s next step in moving beyond traditional HR services to create an integrated workforce environment. Designed on the philosophy that organizations perform best when all aspects of HR management are interconnected, PeopleOS integrates the entire employee lifecycle into a single system.

As part of this transformation, Jombay , a CIEL Group company, has developed tools for various HR functions through its artificial intelligence platform, Jombay.AI . It integrates with existing HR systems to help create intelligent and contextual work processes.

Further, to strengthen the competency intelligence capabilities, Thomas Assessments India , another CIEL Group company, is set to launch an advanced AI-based competency assessment platform in India called “ Thomas Assess ”. The platform offers four globally recognized psychological competency assessment tools – behavioral traits, learning aptitude, emotional intelligence and leadership skills – in a single integrated solution.

Commenting on the changing HR landscape , Mr. Aditya Narayan Mishra, Managing Director and CEO, CIEL HR Group, said, “The HR industry is moving from traditional stand-alone service approaches to integrated workforce ecosystems. Organizations today expect partners who can integrate talent, technology and data intelligence to deliver flexible and scalable solutions that align with organizational growth. Over the past decade, we have systematically built capabilities at every stage of HR management. Through this, we have emerged as a trusted strategic partner for organizations to transform their workforce in a rapidly changing business environment.”

CIEL 3.0: Vision 2030 Speaking on CIEL HR Group, Mr. Duraisamy Rajeev Krishnan, Managing Director, CIEL HR Group said , “CIEL 3.0 is our long-term growth plan to create one of India’s leading ecosystems for integrated HR solutions based on Artificial Intelligence technology. With workforce systems changing rapidly, there is a growing need for organizations to integrate and execute all HR functions, from recruitment to skill development, on a single platform. The fundamental objective of our Vision 2030 plan is to create a smart technology foundation for that transformation, while keeping human capabilities at its core.”

Through Vision 2030, CIEL HR aims to become an integrated AI-based work infrastructure platform by continuing to invest in AI and digital technologies.
