FICCI FLO Chennai in association with Shuttles & Needles in Adyar celebrated World Handloom Day. Shuttles & Needles studio provides experience and support or everyone to enjoy the meditative & joyful aspects of textile crafts like hand weaving, hand spinning & felting. 
The on-ground event was held with 10 members from the association along with speaker Naresh Ramasubramanian, CSE of Shuttles & Needles. Naresh,  textile technocrat and Kalyani Pramod, NID designer and textile artist, held a workshop which provided hands-on experience for the members to experience spinning, weaving and felting by themselves.

Anyone with interest in arts & crafts, enjoy working with hands, experiment with colours & textures, curious minds, people who love mathematical patterns, bitten by creativity bug, knitters, crocheters, designers, artists & slow fashion enthusiasts found something interesting at Shuttles & Needles.
