Master Pranav V, class 10  of Velammal Vidyalaya, Mel Aynambakkam has won the Shaasthra Junior Chess Blitz Tournament, held virtually recently.

The young player marked his achievement with a score of 12.5 points out of 13 rounds.

This event was  organized by IITM  where 359 titled Chess players participated.

Pranav has a record of 2489 points in FIDE rating and also has attained one GM norm at the Serbia Open Tournament, Belgrade, Serbia in July 2021.He always stands out of the box with his exemplary achievements.
